Great location, near Metro and shopping centers. Free spa and fast check-in/check-out. Helpful and polite staff. Correct information given by nightshift front desk. Clean rooms and English-speaking staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located in the city centre and close to the train station, making it easy to find a taxi or take public transportation. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is polite and attentive. We were impressed with the hotel facilities such as the spa, which we were allowed to enter for free. The breakfast provided was also delicious with a good spread.

The location was excellent, near the metro station and Hong Kong border. Many shopping centers were also nearby. The spa was free to enter, and the check-in and check-out process was fast. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive, providing correct information and assisting with taxi arrangements. The room was nice and spacious, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel helped retrieve and return a lost bag.
